Everyone is welcome

The Tri-Area Food Bank has emerged as a crucial lifeline for addressing the problem of food insecurity and providing assistance to individuals and families in the community.

The Tri-Area Food Bank serves as a vital resource, striving to ensure that no one goes hungry. By collaborating with local farmers, businesses, and community members, the food bank has established an extensive network that enables them to collect and distribute food to those in need. This collaborative effort helps bridge the gap between surplus food resources and individuals struggling to access adequate nutrition.

A note from John and Sue Laird
We utilize the foodbank in this area when we first got here.  So, we decided when we were able to give back, we would.  And we did. We have now been volunteering since 2015.
And we have never looked back. We have come to know each and every one of our clients that has come through our lines every week.  They are such awesome people
And we will not take away from the most awesomest volunteers that we have.  We have become a family that cares about our community and the people that go through our foodbank.  After all this time, we are all family!!!!
All you need to do is have a need for food.  No one goes away or is turned away if we are still there at the foodbank and you’re hungry, we will feed you!!
Nothing is more important than making sure our community/family has what they need.

The Lairds have been living in this area since 2014, having relocated from Roy, WA.
